Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela, has been and ardent supporter for the end of capitalism.  Chavez runs a socialist government.  He has recently ordered the military to seize ports and areas of political and economical interest from districts of his country whose governors oppose his government.  Chavez’s government  is running in double digit inflation and requires its military to insure political policy is enforced.  Socialism panders to the weakest of society, it seeks to even the playing field for all by enforcing the conditions of the weakest onto the majority.  Capitalism is the exact opposite, and has proven that under such a system great growth, across all sectors is possible.  Nothing can accomplish as much as a free man using every tool in his arsenal to accomplish his most driven desires.  Chavez lacks this understanding, probably because he knows he cant compete in a field that isn’t level.
